Default RE: rotational clunking

When do you hear it most, does it go away if you tap the brakes, have you lubed and inspected the u-joints? How many miles on the truck, have you drained your rear diff to check for metal in the oil?

Default Same Rotational Clunk

Hello Disco Mike,

Hope you are still on this site. I'm getting a similar rotational clunk also after changing brakes and rotors. Looks like bushings are worn in the front end, but don't see any obvious wear marks on those components.

Odd that it happened right after the brake work. Could it be an improperly installed bearing seal? CV joint? Diff fluid looks good.
