Just read this thread. Wow. Started out with a chill down my spine and ended up all warm and fuzzy. Congrats for getting it out.

 

Hi Charlie, I would love to own a set of these extractors but they ain't cheap. They have a good reputation for being 'the business' and working well but you only need them once in a blue moon so best to buy them as and when needed.

Having a recessed head bolt stuck and rounded has got to be the nightmare of every DIY mechanic so this has a happy ending.
