Default Rubber bushings on power steering lines

I replaced leaking nasty power steering lines which run behind the radiator. They are held down by a clamp and rubber "bushings". After installing the new pipes, I cannot get the bushings and the clamp back together. I believe this is the same issue I had with the rubber grommets for the oil pan, in that they swelled due to oil saturation and will not go back. Based on you guys I was able to order those for the oil pan. Thanks so much. Can these "bushings" or power steering line protectors be ordered? If so please advise of their name or part number like you guys have done before. Thanks again.

I assume the main purpose of these rubber grommets are to prevent the lines from rubbing and therefore creating a hole. I was thinking to put some silicone underneath and let it dry. then go back and put the lines in the clip and put silicone between them and on top. also thinking of wrapping them with an insulating tape before clamping them back in.

Just split a piece of rubber hose with the correct or closest inside and outside diameters.
