Default Running Rough

I have a 2000 Disco with about 78,000 miles on it and it is running rough. I pulled the codes and get the following: P1300, P0303, P0302, P0300, P0303, P0302. I replaced the plugs and wires about 2 months ago. Does anyone have an idea before I take it to the dealer.

All the 300 codes are for mutiple misfires on cylinders 2 and 3, I can't find the 1300 code yet.
How did it run after you first installed the new wires and plugs, who's plugs and wires did you use?

It ran fine but it would run rough every once in a while when it was damp (but not everytime it was damp).

I used Bosch FR8DPX plugs and a wire set from KAR products(from Drivewire.com).

Do you have a check engine light on?

Yes, the check engine light is on and occasionally flashes.

I wish I knew what the 1300 code is, I have a feeling it is causing all your misfires.

I just had the exact same problem and codes come up. My wonderful mechanic figured out that it was a clogged fuel rail. He clean it out, replaced some part, and cleaned my injectors and she's running fine now.
