Default SAI blower rebuild or replace?

Hi all!
The SAI blower on my 03' is making one a heck of a racket on cold startup. I replaced the foam filter and made no improvement. Has anyone rebuilt one of these or are they just better to be replaced? Thanks!

Have vehicle inspections in your state?

You can rebuild it but I personally wouldn't do it. It crapped out on me a month after I tried fixing it.
Used SAI blowers go for $15 and a junk yard, $55 - $120 for used ones (pre-owned) on ebay and new ones are over $150 - $200 elsewhere.

The SAI pump on my 04 is loud, but it's due to me ditching the rubber bushing that barely last a year in TX in favor of 3 bolts lol.

Junk yard ones are normally fine (especially for 15-20), but if you want a good used one Abran, Paul, and Will are the go to guys for used LR parts.

The local junkyard has been slim pickings lately. I"lI will live with it until I find a replacement. Thanks!
