well I switched over the ECU and the BCM from the 2001 to match the engine and now it doesn't want to turn over it just clicks so then I switch back the BCM from the 2003 and it's doing the same thing

You need to replace your MAF sensor and be sure to use a Bosch unit. Try that first, might fix all your issues. If you're still having problems replace the crankshaft position sensor. That one you can go to any auto parts chain. I know the house brand sensor at AutoZone is actually a Bosch sensor in a different box.

you have an immobilizer fault. You need to clear that with a decent code reader or try a hard reset.
