I recently bypassed my TB and replaced some SAI vacuum lines with rubber hose. But, I think I have them routed wrong because now I get p1414 and p1417.

All the diagrams i've seen online don't show all the detail of where each hose connects, just the hose it self. I couldn't find it in RAVE either.

Anyone?

 

I could explain it to you but that's the best i can do. Also, if the hose isn't secured well on the fitting before you tighten down the clamp, it won't seal properly. I went back and forth with it for a few days when I had it all disconnected. It just wasn't getting a good seal on one of the connections.

This small line on vac-reservoir to sol valve, like it says

There are 2 lines connecting to it, they are angled so each attaches just the right way

 

Crossovers tube on firewall to Pass side control valve and SAI pump. Loosen clamps and refit hoses. Then re-tighten very snug

 

Crossover tube on firewall to driver side SAI control valve, near SAI solenoid and its 2 lines where we started. One again, loosen clamp, reseat hose and tighten up clamp really well again.
