It's an Absolute hoot to drive with a few easy suspension mods... The 3.5 V8 with carbs is pretty dependable. All my troubles have been the usual electrical glitches (simple to fix though, it's a simple electrical system) and previous owner stupidity.

Looks like it was owned by a wench.. or a Gothic pimp of some sort. Maybe it's the Gothic pimps car that his wench drives?

So it's like owning the rover? I'd love to eventually own a British sports car. I'd love an esprit v8, been a huge fan of those since day 1.

My neighbor growing up had a sterling 825 (?).. loved that thing.. I thought it was some exotic euro sedan at the time.

I just bought a 2000 disco 2 it needs the usual work for a car that's got 197,000 miles but aside from basic things that need work the thing is Awesome !

The roof rack I may want to sell if I can find someobe in Massachusetts or a way to get it elsewhere. Any ideas on where to sell it ? Craigslist?

It's a good truck. Ad long as you are prepared to be mental about it. And I don't mean in the scratch and dent kind of way.
