FYI, if you do not have the heated seats, all you need is the switch and a new cover plate for the center console switches to get you seats heated. The wiring is in there for heated seats in all models, LR just did not put the switch in. There is an upgrade kit that you can buy that has the parts needed. I do not recall where or how much.

SD has the basic stereo I believe, and also may be lacking some woodgrain trim on the door panels and over the glove box on the dash, but not 100% on that.

I have heated seats and heated windscreen, so do not think the block heater came with the cold weather package, but maybe was an additional option.
