Welded mine, too. Went to Fastenal and they had nothing, they told me to go to a hydraulic line making shop...cause the thread size and pitch was something they have/use in hydraulic fitting.



Eliminated the SAI on both our 01 and 03...and get code 1412 all the time. Don't care though, just eliminated the check engine light, mines a trail rig and when my wifes dies again...it's going to the junkyard.

I know its on a 2000 I just got some SAI parts from

 

from RAVE to clean the threads its 5/8 x 20 TPI UNF tap class 2A if that helps you at all

 

I don’t suppose you can measure the other end? It seems the pipes are there, and not connected. If I can plug them in place that’d be nice.

 

What are cons when removing SAI alltogether??? Other than fault codes obviously... How do you disable check engine light?
