I got a morse code like sound coming from what I think is behind my glove box. Anyone have this issue. It does not happen all the time but does pop up at some point while driving.

Here is page 72 from the owner's manual (part of the RAVE download which is free, if you don't have one). It details various alert sounds, some have a warning light with them, some don't (like differential locked / unlocked). This may not be your problem, but there are not a lot of things that go beep under the dash.

You most likely have dirt or leaves in your blower motor.

Very true, could also be the HVAC fan bearing asking for lubrication. If so, should stop when fan off. Fans are on the expensive side, some have reported success in re-oiling the bearing.
