Default seriously three amigos problem

Hello dear friends
I have a TD5, year 2002. TC lamps, HDC and ABS always stay "On". After did a car diagnostic these results appeared
Code 001: Pump failure 1 (monitor line)
Code 002: Pump failure 3 (pump sticking)
Code 003: Shuttle valve switch failure
Code 004: Rear right Inlet Valve Short to Internal Supply.
With compiuter these code were wiped out, but just I made a few meters, the three amigos appeared again
For the code 003 I read the example( posted by "jysalas") of how it can be eliminated. but I think I need more help.
So PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME

I'd check the grounds between the air cleaner box and the panel behind the head light. If they are bright and shiny, I'd do the SVS fault repair in the stickies at the top of this forum.

Replace the seals in the ABS Modulator where the SVS switch plugs in and bypass the internal connector like Option B in the repair documentaion.
