Hello, I'm new to the forum and just purchased an 01 Disco SE7 with 97k about a week ago with the Service Engine Light on. In the week that I've owned it the light went off for one day and is now back on. Would like to know how to reset the light??? Thanks in advance, GCS1

 

Go to a local auto supply store (ex: AutoZone, Advance Auto, ect.) and they will give you a free engine scan. Get the codes and bring them back and someone will know what to do! Without the codes no one will know the problem. Also, re tighten you gas cap, sometimes that sets it off, but if thats not the problem get the codes.
