Default Cel flashing

Ok I just pulled out the new plug it looked to be fouled out it has a little carbon build and looks to be a little wet. Can’t really tell what it is I was thinking gas due to a faint smell. But could it be water. I just replaced the head gaskets in April of last year. Not getting any other code besides the misfire on cylinder 6

Coolant doesn't have to be coming from a failed head gasket, it could be a cracked block behind the liner in 6. The next test is to get the engine up to operating temps, then pull plug 6 and inspect the combustion chamber with a cheap USB boroscope camera. You will then see where the likely coolant is entering from.

Flashing CEL means dead cylinder. Start by swapping plugs left to right, then wires, then coils till it moves. If it never moves you have a bad cylinder. #6 rarely blows a hg or cracks a block, but it is possible. Good luck.
