You want the limp mode to go away, you have to fix the fault, then the M&S and other codes can be turned off.
Don't keep driving it while in Limp mode or you can cause additional damage.

Thats exactly my point minus the fact that through this forum I am trying to find out WHAT THE FAULT IS to fix?????

Not yelling only trying to emphasis I have no idea what is causing my problem

Default Update

Posting this as a closer for this thread, I replaced my XYZ switch today and all is good. I went out, had the codes erased and nothing came back. I went with a new one from AB, I prefer new electronic parts. Anyways it was pretty straight forward operation with the advice of Disco Mike and the local garage, that actually let me borrow the alignment tool over the weekend (since its closed then). I'm not sure how much the tool is needed (since I used one) but with the slide slots for the bolts I can see were there would be plenty of room for mixing up the gears - kinda like having someone else pull all your plug wires then you put em back where ever you want.

Thanks for all the help.

In the future, start your own thread instead of using a near 3 year old one.
