Default Shakes when in drive and in idle

I have a 2000 Discovery II with 160 k miles and the engine light recently turned on and it started to shake when I'm stoppet at a red light and even more when the AC is on. I Check the engine light and came up with the codes po159 and po 130. I don't have magnacor wires(should I replace?). Or should I replace o2 sensor and fuel pump and filter. I plan on doing mikes 60 k miles matianance next weekend, but I'm totally confused with the codes and shaking. Please help. Please feel free to email at afmartinez@yahoo.com
Thank you

Your front driver's side oxygen sensor is bad (and likely the rear one on the same side), making the truck run rich. You've fouled your plugs because of that.

Replace your sensors, and replace the plugs (and wires if they haven't been done or aren't quality 8mm wires).

No big deal. It's basic maintenance stuff. Just don't run around like that for too long or you can damage the catalytic converter on that side.

Edit: don't change your fuel pump. And you can't change the filter, because it'spart of the pump. Unless you have something else going on, your fuel pump has nothing to do with this.

Thanks for the info. Can I find the location of the sensors in the workshop manual?

Yes, the workshop manual will walk you thru changing them.

Tune your truck up properly first. Then worry about what codes are left over.

Chasing symptoms and codes now is pointless.
