If it makes you feel any better, I was walking my dog the other night and I noticed a 'new' Bonita Grey '04 Disco in the neighborhood (within a 1 block radius, there are 3 of us with Disco IIs). The new owner just brought it home from a private seller in Houston; I of course stopped, chatted and explained the front driveshaft issue, HGs, etc.
Anyway, I asked him how much he paid...$18K!!! Now, it only had 39K miles, but I just about dropped a load when I heard him say that. He said he knew it was above blue book, but thought the low miles demanded a premium

There also is nothing perfect at 80k milage especially a LR....80k is like a 55 year old man...it's only down hill from then on...and much closer to the bottom than top of the hill... ouuch....
