No. $14k is obscene for one of these trucks. You can pick up a really clean example for much cheaper that's already had the work done that this one has.

Half that asking price would still be a stretch. Especially for a rusted out Ohio truck

Great deal IMHO.....

Heck no it isn't, you can get a super clean 05-09 LR3/RRS for that kind of cash. 99-04 D2's in great condition with off road extra's shouldn't cost you more than 9K tops. Market does seem to be climbing for good clean rust free D2's with clean interior/exteriors, but I agree Ohio is the last place I'd buy a vehicle from.
