If the connection on the cooler is moving you ruined your cooler. Those pipes cannot move or the seal breaks.

I took a cutoff wheel and cut the hose parts off the aluminum tube. You have to be VERY CAREFUL as the tube has a raised area that will leak if you cut into it.

Once the hose parts are off, clean the pipe. Find some hydraulic line and slide it onto the pipe. Find the best hose clamps you can find and tighten it up. You dont need the factory hoses. You dont need the factory coupler.

I bought really rigid hose and added enough so even if the pressure were to try and push the hose off the pipe it cannot.

Everyone's lines are getting old. Mine blew off while my wife was driving it and the transmission emptied out in a couple seconds.

Dont forget to add fluid to your transmission too. It's probably low and you'll do damage.

I believe it’s 5/8 inner diameter.. don’t quote me it’s been a while since I did the job
