Slipped sleeve in Cannibal V8

A slipped sleeve might put coolant in the exhaust but I would bet on a head gasket 1st, far more common and far more likely. It is possible to have a slipped sleeve that killed the head gasket but damm you would hear that.
Get a new shop, or pull the heads it is the only way to know for sure.
But Cannibal did both top hatted and non top hatted so who knows what you actually have
