But Cannibal did both top hatted and non top hatted so who knows what you actually have
I was told I got a top hat. This is not promising to hear.

Sorry to hear this. What does your invoice indicate? How many miles on it? Is Steve Johnson even reachable to discuss? Its been years since I spoke to him.
