Default SLS Remote Key Fob?

* please suppress your hate for SLS when reading this

Does anyone know if replacement SLS remote key fobs are available? I’m striking out on google and on the major forums. Any help would be appreciated.

Also, I have seen the DIY options of emulating the plip with an Arduino, but am not willing to go that far for the functionality.

Yep. I bought one brand new from Land Rover Classic parts a few months ago. 2 frequencies, get the right one for your market (ie 315 in US, 433 elsewhere etc)... 20% off sale now btw on their site.

https://parts.jaguarlandroverclassic...nd/land-rover/

The US 315mhz ones are much cheaper compared to the 433mhz for Europe.

@nashvegas Ahh perfect! No wonder I couldn’t find it “remote control system” is a little vague .

Was this the stock number you ordered? STC50143

I don’t believe my 04 ever had the remote (it has SLS); is there anything special I need to do to pair the remote?

Yep it's like programming a key - need a Nanocom (etc) to program the BCU for the new fob. FYI it's called "suspension plip" in the programming software I believe. It's relatively easy to program it - you just need a Nanocom ($500 bucks or rent it) and the instructions.
