It should technically work on any vehicle as long as you can add it in line in a breather hose.

My local auto parts store had ONE. But it was only 3.50.

Very simple. These are two LED light bars, $11 each shipped, and they will splice right into the factory wiring. There are no relays needed because the wiring is the same gauge as the factory wiring. They are not getting warm at all and they work 10x better than the factory reverse lights with LED bulbs.

I did this Mod yesterday,...but I used a smaller version of the same light Alex used. Alex used 8" light bars, and I used the 4" LED light bars. The 8" light bars are now $44 a pair shipped, while the 4" light bars were $16 for a pair, shipped. I was surprised at just how well built these felt and looked. They are cast aluminum housings and each light has 6 LED chips. A side benefit of the 4" is that they only have a center post bolt,....so the lights can be rotated to either side if desired. I thought this might work well on camping weekends if I need light at the campsite at night for something like a late tent set up. The amount of light these things put out is crazy,.....they are blindingly bright,....I cant imagine what the 8" versions are like.

Thanks Alex for the tip.

What's involved in removing the old oil separator on a 2003 D2? I read somewhere is was actually part of the valve cover on the 2003 model,

Glad to hear the lights are working for you! As for the oil separator, I don't think you even need to remove it.

On my 03 valve covers it just pulls out from the top.... Unless I have swapped them over the years with my 00 valve covers, in which case it comes out of the bottom. Or vice versa.

It is real obvious when you look at them. Just pull the hose coming out of the top of the valve cover.

The 03-04 version has a restrictor disc pressed in to the vent tube. The baffle is removable, but you have to pull the tube out of the valve cover to get to it from the bottom. You can soak it in carburetor cleaner to dissolve the baked in carbon to get it out in one piece, but I usually just drill them out.

Does anyone have a picture of the install, which hose it should go into?
Instructions?
Thanks

Charlie hasn't been on in a while, but what he's referencing there is switching out the in.cabin blower for one out of a Pontiac. Can't recall which model, but shouldn't be too hard to find searching around for Pontiac blower
