Default Source for wheel speed sensors

I see that a bunch of these are on ebay for $20 or so. Quite a bit less than brands on Rock Auto. Has anybody got experience buying the ebay ones?

Cheap ones come with the original plug, too. If you do not remove the hub you can get them through, but you have to distort the plug a bit.

I bought a wheel speed sensor from jsdautoparts via eBay last September. It was a millimeter or two too long and rubbed on the reluctor ring. I ended up splicing the original sensor back into the harness and it's working fine. WSSs from other eBay sellers may be fine, but I'd avoid jsdautoparts. Good luck!

I can’t remember the Ebay seller I used, but I’ve used several & every time they’ve worked perfect.

I just used a sensor on the 02 Westminster I fixed up (had LF ABS sensor fault) and I was able to push the plug thru the gap between the axle & hub. Put it all back together, cleared all the faults, and the 3 amigo’s were gone! HDC wouldn’t engage, but the switch on the TC wasn’t showing it was in Low Range. New owner can fiddle with that, but usually riding around in Low Range & it will eventually start working. I knew that’s what the issue was even M mode wouldn’t engage.

Yep it’s outta here, got it running/driving very well, but I’m looking into this! If it’s as good as I’m hoping I’ll probably make a jump I might regret later & sell my flawless 04 D2 for say 6k, and fix up the XD to my spec.
