Sorry for the delay. Things have been very hectic for me lately. So the suspension/driveline details:

315/75r16 tires
6" lift with Terrafirma springs and dislocation cones
Bilstein 7100 remote reservoir shocks with Terrafirma shock towers
RTE 8 degree radius arms (front frame mounts moved 1-1/2" forward for tire clearance)
Ashcroft built front and rear diffs, 4.37 gears, pegged
Front ARB air locker
Rear Ashcroft air locker
Front and rear Ashcroft axles
Ashcroft heavy duty CV joints
RTE diff guards (rear has 3rd member skid)
Slick rock front quick-disconnect sway bar
Rear quick-disconnect sway bar with extended bump stops
Rovers North heavy duty steering rods
Tom Woods double cardon driveshafts front and rear

Attached are a few pics from when I was test fitting things to the roof rack.

Well that just confirms and compounds my desire for 35" tires. I'd like to stick at the 3.5" lift though, so trimming will be required.

4.37 gears are what I was looking at. Do you like that ratio or wish you had gone lower? I've been leaning towards 4.37 but also thinking about 4.56 which, if I recall my math, would be a touch lower than factory where as 4.37s would be about the same as factory with 35s.

Dammmmn john! how did you get 6 in of lift with terrafirma springs?

alex, use the ratio calculator on Ashcroft transmission website. You want 2700 rpm @ 70mph in top gear.

TF released a new lift recently that Lucky 8 is selling. Might be that? I forgot exactly how tall it was.

I've calculated the ratios before. I typically like a little lower ratio than most people though. Don't fear the RPM!

Thanks for the kind words. The original builder deserves a lot of the credit. Not that I haven't put a lot of time, effort and money into it as well!

I'm happy with the 4.37s. I think 4.56s would be a bit better off road but you would definitely be hurting yourself on the highway runs.

The original builder installed the springs so, unfortunately, I don't have the precise details. It is not the new TF mentioned because the springs were put in back in 2013.

No doubt that is a sick looking rig.
How many times a day do you get a strong desire to roll over a Prius?!
