You have a couple of choices. Most people on here will recommend the 8MM wires. But what ever you do stay away from the factory wires.

Top choices are as follows:

Magnecor Part# 80242
Kingsborne Part # IGN 790
STI Part # 721

Thanks for the advice. I ran accross this thread and was going to install the Kragen variety this weekend ala replace my wires w/o removing the IM this Sunday.

Anyone know if Magnecore 8MM are available in specialty stores? Im in San Francisco area and DiscoMike once posted a shop run by "Tim" who sells them locally.

Any help is appreciated!

Hey SFDisco2Ben. I'm up in Novato with my 04 Discovery. Not aware of any shops that stock those locally but I did go to Napa Auto Parts and they just needed the part number to order.

I just did my spark plugs. Was kind of a PITA but getting a few drive extenders and a flexible joint so you can get around was a help. It seems that by just doing the plugs got ride of my Service Engine Soon light. I'll do the wires if it comes back on with the appropriate codes.
