Default What are these?

Recently had new water pump,serpentine belt and front crank seal replaced and yesterday these hoses appeared.They are hanging down in the very front of the engine.

Are these some kind of overflow hoses?

headlamp washer? Is it rubber hose or plastic?

I think you are right ,They look like they are coming from the wiper fluid tank.
They are rubber.

PO removed the jets and must have just left the hoses in there.I have to find out why my fog lights arent working so when I get under there I will check everything out and try to fix my horns,I usually only get one beep per start.
The joy of owning a Land Rover!
