Default squeaking brakes

My brakes are squeaking, rear ones I think. I have a 2000 Discovery II. The squeaking started reciently. Rear brakes replaced 6000mi ago by a dealer. What can I do to stop the squeak before it causes problems? As I understand it this can cause the three amigos to come on.

Just covering bases....you sure it's not the front driveshaft doing the squeaking?

Removing the pads, sanding them and installing sound deadening spray may do the job.

I'm sure it's not the driveshaft, rear pads squeaking. Will take off and spray. They are RR pads.

Rover pads can be noisy also, may need to do as I already mentioned and scuff up the rotors a little, rinsing them off with brake cleaner after wards.
