SRC jeep bumpers on and DII
If I was going to go with a jeep bumper to rework this would be the one for me.

I also built my bumper, I have probly maxed my 12k winch, my mounts boxed the frame rails all the way back to the cross member then used grade 8 hardware, only grade 8 the bolts will probly rip the frame before breaking, 150,000 psi shear per bolt do the math
I went all the way back with the mounts so the frame takes the the verticle static weight of the bumper and winch, the bolts do noting but keep the bumper from sliding off unless I am winching, oh and my mounts are 1/4" steel
If you think its overkill it might just be enough, i look at it this way, winch should be at least double the rigs weight, winch line and all recovery stuff should be double the winch, weld that are going to be stressed by that winch should be high strength, my brother in law is a union iron worker he stick welded my winch mount with high strength rod ( don't recall the rod #and psi per inch it was high), rest of my bumper I migged, it is strong probly way stronger then a lot I have seen for sale
Just my .02

that is one of the nicest fitting front bumper i have seen, look like the TF only $300 cheaper, its not a bolt on, but $300 buys a lot a fab work.
maybe a rear bump.

Looking at the pictures of how the mounts are set up to be honest I think the fab work would be pretty quick and easy to do.
Even adding the bit going back along the fenders would be pretty straight forward. It is tempting.
