Default SRS Air Bag Code

What do 0x16 and 0x20 SRS codes (below) mean? Can't find a definition anywhere.

Those won't be true LR codes. You need to find a better code reader that will work properly with the Land Rover systems.

I believe these are in hexadecimal and would translate to a regular decimal number. But I can't find a list of LR SRS codes anywhere. The Rave doesn't have one.

Apparently the code numbers are state secrets?

You really need a code reader that will read Land Rover codes. Nanocom is really good but there are cheaper ones that will work also. Most likely issue is going to be an electrical connector that needs to be cleaned, but a proper reader will give you better direction.

like Harvlr stated, you could probably just clean all the connectors, clear the codes and be good to go.

sometimes all it takes is unplugging them and then plugging them back in. i always spray electrical cleaner on both the male and female plugs, let them dry and then plug them back in.
