SRS light on and shoulder belt is not working. Any suggestions on what could be wrong? This just happened last week.

 

Can you be a bit more specific about "not working" .............. exactly how is it not working?

The SRS dash light is probably/maybe a symptom of the safety belt malfunction which is normally activated electrically at the belt buckle/clip end. Try inserting the opposite side safety belt into the buckle/clip but remember it only fits one way round.
