Default SRS lite still on

Ok, so I cleaned the the seat belts with electric cleaner as well as the conections , new battery, and alternater. Under normal driving conditions the SRS lite dosnt turn on, but soon as I step on the gas hard the lite turns on, any thoughts would be welcomed!

Underneath the drivers seat, at the rear passengers feet, is a velcro pouch type cover; open it and you will see a connector; try to open up, give it a blow out and reconnect; it solved my SRS light being on, but that was a continuous thing; not sure if it helps on the giving gas situation

Don't give up! You could still rent/borrow a Hawkeye to read the codes!

actually unclip the tie straps that go to the seat belt pretensioners and give them some slack and see if it still comes on. if it doesn't then give them some room to move. Fixed quite a few that way on newer and older cars. to many tie straps too tight over time can affect the resistance.

If you still can't fix it, go get those SRS codes read and get back to us with what you find.
