Default Starter keeps turning over after started

I have an 01' disco 2 the starter keeps turning over after the vehicle is already started at first i could jiggle the key or turn it off and it would stop but now it just stays turning over till it blows the starter fuse. I've already changed the starter my next step is the ignition switch. Any suggestions?

I would test the wiring first and make sure that it's something sticking in the switch. I haven't done one of these in a long time, so I forget which wire it is, but one of the wires should have 12v only when the key is in the 'start' position. There is a possibility that the wires have melted together somewhere. So replacing the switch may not fix it.
Once you get all the covers off, you'll be able to follow the wires and make sure there's no damage. Fortunately, if they are damaged, the problem usually occurs right at or near the end of the wires or in the connector. Not always, but most of the time.
Good luck, I hope you get it figured out.

Definitely sounds like a problem in the ignition switch.

A good way to diagnose is to dis connect the ignition and start by using the black connector at the end of the harness.

Remove the steering wheel assembly cover, you need to open the fuse panel access door(three screws underneath).

Find black connector at back of ignition and remove 2 tiny Philips screws. Pull off black connector. Turn spring loaded switch on black connector with a screwdriver to start.

Does anybody know where to get a new ignition switch from? I know where to get a used one from but I'd rather get a new one.

1-Remove shroud around ignition, there screws from underneath.

2-Optional- remove ignition, 2 blank head screws at top. Use a chisel and hammer to turn counter clockwise.

3- Remove 2 small phillips screws at back of ignition to release black connector.

4- Turn with screwdriver.
