Well today I go to start my disco and it just clicks fast a bunch of times. Dead battery? Everything electronic works inside the truck, IE radio, clock, etc.. I unplugged the battery for about 10 minutes yesterday and plugget it back in then started the truck right up and it started. ANy ideas??

 

Have your battery tested.

If it is good, check all of your cable connections

 

I just took out the battery. Before I took it out the windows were rolling up slow, so it seems as though a battery prob. Just took it to autozone to charge and they said it was a little low. Its an interstate that looks pretty new....

 

PS, an interstate that looks pretty new = a fresh turd.

 

Put your old battery back into your truck, drive the truck down there and test the alternator and battery.

 

try lockign the truck, waiting 30 secs, then unlocking it, your sercurity system might be somehow activated.
