I'm certain the IAC plug is correct. I just tried disconnecting the purge vale vacuum, no change.

Any chance the Switch - inertia - fuel cut-off could be my issue here?

the inertia switch would kill all fuel, so you wouldn't get the initial start "i don't believe",
it would just crank

What kind of voltage should I be looking for on the connection to the fuel pump? Is the fuel line that goes from the pump to the rail well protected or could it have been damaged in the recovery effort dragging it out of center high?
