Steering wheel shake at 45MPH
#12
I set mine to match what I took off as well, but those were stock sway bar links with no lift at all so wondering if that may be making things a little stiff/tight and causing some issues with a smooth ride. As I added my 1" spacers this past weekend, I disconnected the front sway bar links while I do some homework on what length I may need to set them to. Mine rides like tires are out of balance over 60MPH and I just had the tires installed.
The tires are larger and have a more aggressive tread pattern, so that probably contributed to it as well. I am going to have balance checked again, and set the sway bars to a longer length when I reconnect them. Then I will probably get a new alignment after additional lift and larger tires, probably need it since it has been a few years & a few off-road trips ago since I have had it aligned, but I had no problems before the new tires.
