im very sorry for my late reply.
i was out of town and i did not have any way to reply.
i will check my tires, but i inflated them about 1 month ago to factory specs. (dont remember exactly)
yes, my stock SE does not have air springs. i think i will go with humroot about changing them. but is there anything else i should/need to check to before i go and purchase new parts for the suspension system?

i thought that LRs are supposed to be the perfect cross between class and capability.
while driving over even the slightest bumps and cracks on the road, my whole D2 while shake and rattle. the suspension seems to be a little to stiff to me but this is the my first SUV. im not sure if something needs to be replaced or what but when i drive my friends wrangler or cherokee i feel a lot less bumps and jumps.
