Default Still have a clunk...

I posted a while ago about a clink in my steering. Mike suggested that I get under the front end and re-torque everything I could. Well, I did that and i still have the clunk. A friend of mine says it's the cv joints. Anyway, here is the symptom:

When I turn, i can feel a slight clunk. Almost like a loose shock that clunks when I turn left or right. It only does it once when I turn a certain direction. If I turn back the other way it will clunk again. So I can turn the wheel back and forth and get the truck go clunk, clunk, clunk. I feel it more in the whole truck rather than the steering wheel.

Any more ideas? I certainly would appreciate any help.

Thanks!

Are either of your front springs cracked?
