Put the coolant tank up high by unclipping it.
Do this after you have driven the truck for a distance - but at home
Take the cap off of the tank

rev the engine.

Coolant coming out?

Then you still have exhaust pressure even after all your hard work.
This is not good.

Must be a cracked block.
Sorry about that.

I just keep crossing my fingers on my 2001.
Keep running, keep running.
I don't ever drive it past 60 MPH speed even.
