Default Still Running Rough

Since I got my 04 D2, I've had some problems with gaskets leaking and the independent dealer I purchased from has taken care of these problems. I had an intake manafold gasket leak, as well as a throttle body heater leaking, both have been replaced. The truck has all new NGK copper core plugs, as well as brand new OEM Land Rover Wires. I have seafoamed the induction, and gastank, as well as cleaned the throttle body and the IAC valve. The truck is still ideling pretty rough, but isn't throwing codes and drives fine. I'm at a bit of a loss on what to do. Any suggestions?

When do you notice the rough idle, hot, cold, all the time? What octane gas are you using?

Mike, it seems like its all the time. I don't notice a difference between cold starts and when its warm. I'm using either Shell V-Power premium 93 or Texaco Premium 91 octane.
