So here is what you need to do, in order, make sure the system is bled with no air in it, do a coolant pressure test and then a chemical block test. It will show up by doing this.

Is that your throttle body heater plate? Just an idea but when I changed my heater plate mine was packed full of crystals I'm assuming calcium deposits. Buy a new one and swap it out, it's only like $25 for an OE rover part.

You can just replace the gasket on the throttle body heater plate, its a $3 part from your dealer.

How does 1 do a coolant pressure test and then a chemical block test?

Will replacing that plate (gasket) from the throttle stop the leaking?

If it is leaking from the throttle body heater plate then yes, replacing a leaking gasket will stop the leak.
