I would buy it if I were anywhere close enough to go check it out in person. But then I have more free time than anything else and I am the best damn mechanic I can afford.

A couple of things to ask the seller about. The right hand side of the panels under the dash had been opened up. The wiring there was kind of a mess. I guess I would ask what was going on there.

Also, the rear left window (the one not in the pics) was down and had tape on it. Like maybe it had a bag over it at some point. I didn't ask about it, but I bet it doesn't operate.

The keys were in it when I was there, but the electrical system was completely dead (I thought maybe there was NO battery, but there was.) Maybe the battery was just totally drained.

There was an incredible amount of grime coming from the steering box/pump among other places.

All the glass looked good. The tires looked good (left front was flat but had tread.)

I can't remember, but I think the headliner was good. Drivers seat was ripped. Others looked good.

Hope all goes well.

Thanks for the input everyone.

Thanks - I found an RRC for $1,200 about 30min from me and it looks/sounds pretty good. I am going to look at it Friday.
