Not at all. Completely stock idle.
Same with another Crower cam I ran which was an even larger cam, and that one was in a 4.0

hmm, not sure I will get to the bottom of it then.

The only other thing I could think of that would cause misfires on all cylinders at idle could be fueling? Maybe low pressure at idle?

Could be fuel, could be spark. I know you posted the shop ruled out vacuum leak... I'd double check, seems like classic symptoms. Cam sensor, maf sensor. If it was a fuel pressure issue you'd probably see it more at higher rpm and less at idle, but I've seen weird things. Is idle air control valve working properly? If it's idling too low because the iac is sticking that'll idle rough.

Lots of things it can be unfortunately. If you can scan some codes that can help. Otherwise there's just a lot.

So I was able to pass smog yesterday after I got it back from the shop. They gapped the plugs and that seemed to get it good enough to not throw the CEL in the 20 min they have to let it idle for smog.

it still idles a bit bumpy, but pulls strong. I have cleaned the IACV and it seems to be working but no way to tell for sure. The only codes it was throwing were the cylinder 1 misfire, cylinder 2 misfire, cylinder 3 misfire, etc… with no other clues. They re-did the smoke test and said it wasn’t that.

I wish I could rip all the SAI stuff out and eliminate that but oh well!

OP: You passed smog so that's good. But if you are further investigating the issue, here are my thoughts.

Was it ever running smoothly? Is this a new idling issue and maybe 3 months a go it was fine? or has it always been like this.....
a lumpy cam can give you misfire codes, but probably not the cam you are using. I am guessing that the timing chain/gears were replaced when engine built. How many miles on Turner build? I would check these:

knock sensors? torqued correctly? New/old?
what type of plugs are you using?
are the spark plug wires new?
are you using premium fuel?
