Default Switch panel options for auxiliary lights

I've got an 03 Disco without sunroofs and wanted to utilize the blank panel in the pocket panel where the sunroof switches would go. Are there any prefab pieces or has anyone else done this?

Here ya go: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3936520

I would use ABS for the material and if you don't have a 3d printer you can download the design and pay to have it printed via the marketplace on Treatstock

The D1 switch panels fit directly into the D2 ashtray and coin holder. There are 2 switch and 3 switch versions. Easy way to add switches and rooks OEM.
You can add additional switches to the underside of both, and USB outlets to the sides of the 2 panel version.

I printed out the ash tray switch bracket from Thingaverse spray painted it with an enamel black and it looks real good. It snapped right in to place the the switches snapped right in too. I'm extremely satisfied with it. That being said, I do like the look of that overhead switch mount. I don't suppose there's one for the panel right in front of the light, where the homelink buttons usually go. Mine are fried and I replaced my mirror with a later model that has the homelink buttons on them so it's just sitting there useless.

Gecko951; Thanks that is a very nice install option there.

I've also seen the bracket that can go underneath the stock drinks holder above the transfer lever. Looks a good option there too. I might go for that because most of my wiring is down low at the moment. We shall see.

The head lining is coming out shortly for a pesky waterleak so I'll hopefully put some thought into it then. Maybe then also fit the 'lit' sunvisors with their mirrors too....

Hmm. Choices Choices
