put the 1/2 universal on the end of the extension, you can reach right over the cross member from the rear into the drain plug.
PS. if you haven't notice the rave will ALWAYS tell you to replace the fasteners with new ones.

Agreed, RAVE would have you replace ALL fasteners but they never do it in the main stealerships. I have boxes full of hardened stainless and plated carbon steel cap head screws/bolts and I usually chuck those in when I remove covers etc and then put a dollop of thick grease in the Allen head recess. Makes for an easy life when removing things again later.

I got the universal extensions just not sure if I have the right size. Ill give it a second go around this weekend if the weather simmers down. Thanks so much guys.

You could get a hand suction pump from Autozone or Oreilly's for about $9 and suck it right out of the fill hole.
