I crashed in the front drivers side pretty bad the 2nd week that I owned it. I have been doing all of the mechanical stuff and then the bodywork here and there. I got a headlight first, then a bumper when I found one cheap enough to fit in my budget as I upgraded all of the parts I needed. Finally found a HL finisher in the color I that I needed on EBay. I sent the guy some messages and now a few weeks later I have the fender replaced and hopefully have the hood on-hold to complete it entirely. This was my project last weekend. Had to put-off my Diff. & Tcase drain and fill until next weekend.
It's taped off so that I can start applying Kevlar tomorrow but it's a clean piece. Tar Heel Rovers hooked it up

And this little bit to the hood is what remains from the carnage. At one time everything in that corner was obliterated and I could not open the driver's door. Now a used $250 hood is the last piece needed

There's no such thing as a good shunt but that one is a real bitch. The only good thing is the D2 panels are relatively easy to remove and replace except paint spraying them.

the fenders are only easy to replace if the frame is straight and at factory specs. I collided pretty hard so this made replacing the new-to-me piece pretty difficult to install. It took a bit of winching and 4-low reverse to stretch the left-side clip a couple of inches back out.
