Remember that a LR is no worse on gas than anyother full size SUV, the problem is that they require premium gas.
Yes. You're correct. I guess it's the Premium gas thing that really irritates me.
I just read a couple threads regarding the Premium gas requirement.
I can understand it. But, that in combination with 13-17 mpg may be the deciding factor in whether I buy the truck or not.
I just read that they have a 24 gallon tank. 24 gallons x $3.90(ish)/gallon = $94 of misery every week.

Look at it this way if you were to pay $94 at 3.90 per gallon for premium....and (im going to est.) pay 3.60ish for regular you would pay about $87. Thats only a $7 difference, which is better than ruining your engine and then paying hundreds of dollars. Its your choice, but running premium is the smart thing to do. (oh and you will never put in a full 24 gallons unless us costing in on empty)

First $12,000 is way to much money, its worth $9,000.

Low miles , no small dents and setup for off road someone was out for a look not for a 4x4 so thats a plus.

But setup for a look would mean to me that it could be skin deep.

Make sure of the price as it will change from place to place.

Now any 4x4 will take a bigger ($) hit due to the MPGs.
With the setup it has you can expect 10 to 12mpg in town and 14 to 16mpg hwy.

I wish you luck,, you will see that most LR owners will not suger coat the facts.
