Default timing chain & gears @150000 ?

After just finishing the head gasket job , I'll now turn my attention to the leaking front cover gasket, but I was wondering if you guys had any opinion on changing the timing chain and gears.....I intend to replace the front crank seal, water pump and fan clutch while i'm there, maybe even the oil pump gears, there's 150,000 miles on her and It seems to me that this wouldnt be money wasted to do the timing chain as well , any thoughts ?

thanks

I'm not certain but the chain and gears are parts that do not readily wear out. If there's no problem with it I say leave it alone. It's really just up to you.

ive seen well over 250k miles with no notable wear, the chains always have what seems to be too much play in em, i wouldnt do it, but if you feel like spending money, why not
