Tire size conflict?

An H Speed Rating is good up to 130mph, if you are planning on going over that in a Disco you have a death wish my friend.

I've hit just under 110 mph and that was following a Range Rover up the highway.. I figured if he could handle it, I can handle it.. And I did..
Although 70mph in my old CJ-7 would have been daredevilish!!

Yeah speed ratings are for continuous speed, a short spirt up to and over a speed rating won't necessarily kill you but steady overage will. I have an S60R that I've tuned if I ever have the need for speed but my rover is either cruising with the family around town or off road. Here is a picture of mine when I got the last set of tires put on. It's 245/75/16 with factory ride height.

Did you have any rubbing with those around town?

No I haven't had any issues on road or off road with the Guard Dogs on. Factory ride height and I've measured to make sure the suspension wasn't sagging. Eventually I plan on doing a 2 inch lift, but for now I'm good.

I just put a terrafirma 2" lift on mine. Anybody have some tire size recommendations? I was thinking BF Goodwrench A/Ts 265/65

You could fit a 265/75. That's what I'll be doing.

Nor from what I've read. Theyre just 31.7", I know a guy that fitted 33s with no issues with a terrafirma heavy lift.

18" or 16" rims?
