Trailer harness mounting spot

where the hell is the spot to mount the factory harness. I ordered the all makes and can't find where to mount it

2 side bolts on hitch, the extension arms.

Its a factory bracket that attaches to the tow frane. Mine got rusted out and remived it and hanging under the back. Ill see if i can remove it and make one in aluminum.
