Agreed 9.75 rear end is a hoss. Idk though the long nose rover diff isn't that bad is it? I mean if I was doing a full drive train swap and upgrading axles to handle 37 + tires I think I'd just dive right into a tube chassis. At some point you have to draw a line right? Lol

I think swapping the axles at that point wouldn't be that much harder and you are going to solve the drive shaft offset angle issues.

Would you go with ifs? There are some pretty wicked 8.8 or 9" medium/long arm setups out there. 110 wheelbase would lend itself well to a "pre runner" oriented suspension. Although I wouldnt want to go full on Baja, just make rough track funner at 50-60mph.

Awhile ago I would have said no to IFS. Now after spending a lot of time with the LR3's I would really consider it.

In the end I doubt the v10 would make it under the hood but it is a fun idea that makes me want to go to a Junk Yard and measure.....
